We are sharing with you a well kept place and we hope that you will value it as your own by respecting the place and keeping it clean.
Rubbish must be dealt with on a regular basis by bringing them down to the 2nd floor.
Visitors are NOT allowed inside the units for security reasons. A lounge at the mezzanine or ground floor is available to entertain visitors :)
Toiletries will not be provided. Clean bedsheets are provided but upkeep or washing shall be borne by the guests :)

For security concerns, the building is equipped with CCTV cameras and manned with security guard/s on a 24hour basis.

Quirino ave station is close by which can get you to selected areas within manila area or even upto Quezon City (LRT-MRT)
As it is located along main Taft Avenue, taxis and other online booking transport of your choice are also accessible and the building is quite easy to find.
It is walking distance (5-11min walk) from some of the known universities in the Philippines as well as one of the well known hospitals in the Philippines, the Philippine General Hospital.
